21./22. Nov 1997: With the Swiss public transports through all 26 cantons of Switzerland

 

All cantonal capitols of Switzerland in 24 hours

 

17./18. March 2000: In shortest time as possible passing the 26 capitols of the Swiss cantons. Unfortunately not successful because of train-deviation.

 

As much kilometres as possible in 24 hours (first tour)

 

1./2. Aug 1998: Trying 2000 km with the Swiss public traffic in 24 hours. In 1998 could just 1957 km be reached (delays cut 150 km from the calculations).

 

2000 km in 24 hours

 

29./30. Jan 2005: In Switzerland it is possible to run more than 2000 km in 24 hours by train, since the new timetable of 2005 is in use. Theoretically it would be possible to do 2202 km, but delays let fall it to 2006 km at the end.

 

All neighbor countries of Switzerland in 10 hours

 

13. May 1999: With Swiss public traffics visiting Germany, France, Liechtenstein, Austria and Italy in 10 hours.

 

From Basel to Zurich by local public busses

 

3. Jan 2004: Only by bus, starting at Basel SBB-station, changing 16 times the bus (minimum) and travelling 9 hours for reaching Zurich HB station avoiding the train.
